Denim turtleneck: It didn’t exist so I made it.

This weekened my parents and I went to Cottonwood Arts Festival. There were dogs decked out in Derby hats:

I wore a turtleneck denim halter that I made out of jeans. I know it sounds crazy. This book told me to make it.
