One of the many perks to being vegan (other than a feeling of moral superiority and general awesomeness) is that you completely cut out your risk of contracting a Salmonella infection from raw eggs. So you can eat as much raw cookie dough as you want. Within reason. At some point you will still get a tummy ache, Salmonella infection or not. I speak from experience.
